Stonegate Web Design (SWD) was formed in 2005 in response to a request by a local Shropshire school for a service that offered the creation of straight-forward, informative web site for their school.
Very quickly, other schools saw the quality of personal service on offer and, from that small beginning, a chain of schools in NW Shropshire now use our service to maintain and develop their web sites as attractive and informative sources for parents and prospective parents alike.
The ever-widening use of online searching and researching has meant that it has become more essential than ever for schools to have an Internet presence that is attractive, informative and responsive - schools are inevitably competing to attract pupils.
Stonegate Web Design was founded by a teacher with over 30 years of primary and secondary school teaching experience, (and still actively teaching ICT), so the needs of a school are understood and can quickly implement what is wanted.
Enhanced CRB accreditation is held, with recent checks completed for Shropshire Education and the Scouts Association.

Colour scheme and design elements to reflect your school’s own colours, logos etc.
Full page design service and upload of materials - text, photo galleries, newsletters etc.
A weekly/fortnightly update service as required
Linkage with any existing VLE platform, to seamlessly integrate the school’s web presence and online learning facilities.
